Title: Account Manager
 
Description:  Account Managers onboard new clients, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver on-demand professional services like Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. Candidates must have experience-in, or an aptitude to learn, the basics of social marketing and advertising.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and welcome new customers
  • Ensure maximum levels of customer success
  • Monitor any “campaigns in progress” as needed and communicate next steps / recommendations with clients
  • Ensure on-time completion of onboarding and special projects​
  • Generate referrals and growth within your account base
    ​
Position Requirements:
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills
  • Self- motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Customer success driven with excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently / remote and as part of a team
  • Aptitude for technology, especially social marketing and advertising
